Final Conference TC4PI

The Final Conference TC4PI derives from the TEACHER COMPETENCES FOR PLURILINGUAL INTEGRATION (TC4PI) Comenius Multilateral Project. The overall goal of the Final Conference is to facilitate discussion and to deepen on the issues addressed by the team partners of the project. It provides an opportunity for presenting the TC4PI Framework Document. During the conference, a variety of activities such as expert keynote presentations, paper presentations and sessions will take place to ensure discussion on teacher education strategies for developing plurilingual and intercultural competences and exchange of ideas and collaborations in future projects of mutual interest.
In addition, team members and participants from the project will give workshops about their work during job shadowing, in a Seminar which will be hosted by the coordinating institution. The Seminar programme will be focused on professional development of teachers, and the development of teachers´ competences in pre-service and in-service teacher education. The Final Conference TC4PI takes place at the end of the three year TC4PI Project and is hosted by the University of Valladolid.

The Final Conference aims:

    To facilitate discussion and to deepen on plurilingual and intercultural competences as professional teaching competences

    To provide an opportunity for presenting the TC4PI Framework document

    To ensure discussion on teacher education strategies for developing plurilingual competence

    To exchange ideas and collaboration for future projects.
